Well how do you expect to an  organization such as Maiti Nepal?? with no money? How do you expect her to hire people and run MaitiNepal and get all the Funds If she doesnt meet with Rich Doners and spread the word? How is she going to provide food, shelter, school, medical etc for the less unfortunate??
