The front part of it must be open or should be open easily during the pleasure activities. My the Muslim people found this problem and it's solution but it became part of their culture.
Only those needs this surgery whose top part does not open easily and in long run it may get clogged and would be hard to urinate so with the problem while in pleasure activity.
Other than Dhal nothing will stop the Viruses.
