I am in dire need of your invaluable suggestions. My dad has just been diagnosed with a form a cancer. I would like to know if there is a way to bring him here for treatment. Few questions in particular:

1) How to get insurance if cancer is a pre-existing condition?

2) Are there any charities that would provide services to foreigners?

3) How to go about getting consultation for this type of circumstances?
