Let's add more to worse of Aroma. One time I, my brother and some friends (altogether 4 of us) went to restaurant (at about 10.30-- half hour b4 closing and wanted to order thalis for all). The waitress gave us a look and said, "eti dhila aayera pani thaali paainchha ki kya ho?"  If we wanted we could have gone to the owner and report him how we were treated. The ladies did want to go the same time but we stopped them (you know how man and woman are on this stance). We thought it could probably cost her job (if the owner was serious about providing better customer service). It was not that they would not make money making thalis little b4 closing--that was about $40 worth of business right there. But she threw that attitude.
