Now I substituted home made momo to Trader's joe prepacked dumping.  It may not give you the same satisfaction but if you make real tasty chatani, some thing is better than nothing.

Chatani is the combination of amilo piro, nunilo, aduwa lasun dhaniya and besaar.
I had chatani that was made of rice. I thought it was potato's.
