• Is this a must appear Court ticket?
• Do you have any bad history with Traffic/Moving violation, before?
• Do you reside in VA?
• Seems like you were over 35 mph, is this considered reckless in VA? If not, you can contest your ticket in court, agreeing to the fact that you were over the limit but the officer was harsh issuing you a reckless driving ticket.
• Be aware, in some states, reckless driving can land you in jail and/or fine, where as speeding may cost you fine and points being added to your history.
