Join kaplan until december then you can transfer to NOVA community college. They will accept your application easily. Then in fall you can go back to graduate school.But it's tough. Since you already have masters, I would rather advise you to go back to Nepal. America is a mess broda. If I had a masters I would have flown to Nepal the next day of my Graduation.
