NK - the links are very useful. My concern was around the possible inavailability of these vaccinations. Costs aside, anyone should be able to obtain these basic vital preventive treatments. I wrote to Nepal Medical Association with the same set of questions and have yet to receive a reply from them. Thanks again for your help.
