If you are asking about child immunization, then you get pretty much everything. The basic ones you get it for free in the government hospitals and clinics. There are few other optional vaccines as well for which you need to pay. (http://www.nepas.org.np/PDF/Immunization.pdf).

If you are wondering about adult immunization, i guess you need to pay for everything. I am not sure if you get the Flu shot (Influenza) vaccine in Nepal. This hasn't become a routine protocol yet! But you do get Pneumococcal (Pneumovax) vaccine and this too hasn't become a standard of care yet!!! Tetanus shot is available widely incase you need it for booster.

Just for your information the immunization coverage in Nepal is not that good and its around 70-90% . The goal should be 100%. But still you can see this is pretty much available to the average Nepali citizen. All you need is to educate people regarding the importance of basic immunization rather than teach how to  use weapons during infancy. (http://www.who.int/immunization_monitoring/data/npl.pdf).
