१)  Did they hired any and  had any credentials? He just got money for the proposal.
२)  Money was there just needed a proposal to share it and  real feasibility was not conducted  only a paper work. No one gives a damn about it.
३) Do they care about it, no. We do not have long term plan even over one year.  अब त राजा पनि छैन, दरबार ले खान्छ भन्न
लाई, गिरिजा पनि छैन तेस्ले खान्छ भन्यो भने, You are right but  soon they will come with propaganda to sell.
४) Your logic sounds good. We do have planner but they just want to give us the result like a good dinner but do not know how it will be  prepared.
५) We need you in the cabinet. That  is the only simmering hope we am seeing.
