There is no correlation between a monarchial system and success governance. The only benefit is the symbolic nature, and a unifying figure. That's what a leader is for. Nepal needs a leader not a family of "rulers" that may or may not have leadership abilities. Just because you're a king doesn't mean you have leadership.
