I Don't Trust Delhi based News channel nor i trust Maoists . But there are high chances this is legit conversation and hope it is legit too . Anyways we can't thank f***ing indian government for this all cause Maoist were once supported by Indian government when they were hiding in India for 10yrs  and exactly in Delhi .
