I agree with the two posts above. Don't hurry at all and give your GRE tests. Spending few months giving the GRE tests can make a huge impact on your entire life and career. I have friends who took their time to do GRE and did MS in computer science here and right now are making a lot of money and also I have friends who hurried to come to US with no GRE and now are stuck with day to day menial gas station jobs.

I would suggest you to give GRE and go for MS in computer Science. You get more scholarship in computer science, which will led you to get a visa and later on a good IT job. IT is real big in USA.

Regarding colleges, as mentioned above you can look onto different sites and sort them out with rankings and choose some according to your GPA and GRE scores.
