Back when I was living in Texas, this lady asked me, "Where are you from?"

I answered, "I'm from Nepal."

She looked puzzled and says, "Oh, OK. I came from Oklahoma to Texas not long ago. I don't know much about Texas. Which part of Texas is Nepal in?"

I tried to explain, "No, Nepal is near India. Have you heard of India?"

Her answer was, "Nope, ain't heard of that."

Not giving up hope I asked her, "What about Asia?"

At that point her face lit up a little, "Yup, yeah, I heard of that somewhere."

That was the end of my geography lesson.
