dhoti can't pay employer tax when u don't have job by just transferring H1B
finishing study is a problem,getting job is problem and continuing job with status is problem here if things doesn't go in your way
and USCIS won't let them continue with dhoti business without taxation
so try ur friends circle who got job ask for referals
learn some technologies make good resume and try job searches
in local area use craigslist,dice,monster,google and apply in companies around u
most people have  done you so you will also be able to do it
