Yay...Sharebuilder does suck and it is more expensive compared to other discount brokers.

I had an account with them, but not anymore. I recommend using zecco  and/or tradeking. Both of them are very cheap and they let you trade penny stocks.

Check out this comparative price review between zecco and tradeking. I opened account with both of them and  have not had any problems.
