Dynamic Excel Spreadsheet question

I am working with a dynamic excel spreadhseet which is exported from Microsoft CRM where users enter the scorecard numbers from January through December.

It is a scorecard Excel spreadsheet showing scores for each month, previous month and a month 1 year back.

I need help on figuring out how to tell excel what to populate in 'current month','last month' and 'Year back'. Each month the values for  'current month','last month' and 'Year back' needs to change as users enter data in CRM monthly.
