I am sensing that how it was translated may have convicted him for that long.
Someone arguing that she is not his real father and was 15 when adopted ( even 18 years, lied age for adoption) does not mean he can have consensual sex, period, his relationship with her is father and daughter.
Your argument about her, is horny and having sex with various male does not give the right to Ajaya , to have sex with his daughter ( a new relation has been established ) and it is similar argument as a 16 years girls is having sex as pro with teens and you 30 years want to have sex with her? You will be convicted for rape charges if she complains and even it was a consensual sex.
Either the girl or Ajaya knows the truth, we are just speculating it. Still I think the jail time is way too much.
