the girl lied on her passport about her age. i can't find how much tho. so she could be 18 years before she turned 18. Ajay must have known that. the whole relationship was based on violating the US immigration rules. it backfired Ajay eventually. In the usa, justice always takes in favor of women compare to men. when a woman goes to the justice stating she got beat up, 80 percent of the time justice holds men responsible.
The whole story is based on the telephone conversation between him and the girl. Even in that conversation he stated many times that he did not have sex but one line finally got him which is, "You
f$#*ed me after age 18, that means you gave consent."? his defense is it got lost in the translation as they were speaking in both Nepali and English language. If Ajay is really innocent, then he's the biggest victim, if not it's the case where justice is served right.

does the above line mean, "if" scenario or he is consisting that he fked? he said he didn't like 23 or 24 times in the call.
Grgdai, you put his jail situation very well but you did not say anything to defend why this ruling is biased or why you think he should not be punished and left the conversation to be run by idiots. that is worse than spreading false rumors. please be considerate.
