Reading the below news article, I couldn't help but ask myself: Are Nepalese getting hurt in foreign nations because our nation, Nepal, is weak?

Is there anything that we, the more established Nepalese in the diaspora could do about it?
In being solution oriented I know it's not just about what one person could do. Perhaps the first thing is for us to atleast agree on the nature of the problem that most Nepalese like in the news article are suffering from. After all, if even "educated" people like us in sajha.com can't have a civil conversation, what could we possibly expect from the "uneducated?" If we on sajha.com can't even set aside our petty differences to talk about Nepalis hurt, how can we ask the politicians to?
Do you think we as Nepalese have the humility to discuss these problems without feeling nervous and embarrassed and defensive? It is a very sensitive issue.
