Western Union....it will charge in percent, don't do that. Best way is if your friend have money so that he could give it to you, and your parents can hand the amount to your friend's family. dont go muncha. Its expensive. I tried moneygram to send money back and it was quite effective. See how much do they charge from Nepal. $10 per $1000 would be a nice rate to get. Or go for Hundis.
