Indians are just making fun of us like an older brother is making fun of a little brother. Ultimately, India has always been there for Nepal when we need help. Why take it personally when older brother teases little Nepali brother?

Most of Nepal's resources are there for India to use whenever it wants to...mostly in India's terms. So in that way, India feels almost a sense of loving intimacy with Nepal, Nepalese and Nepal's resources. Many of both our men and women go to serve India's economy as pale's (guards) and sex workers. They enjoy our resources--both physical resources and human resources every day. So they are teasing Nepalis like a loving husband teases a loyal wife.

I think that us Nepalis need to grow more tough skin and not let this good natured teasing from India disturb us. Just laugh it away like they are. Why get mad when the reality of Nepal's dharma and fate is to be India's servant with our resources? Why make a show of arrogance when the reality is that we need to bow down? Better to remain bowing down. This way it is easier to accept the reality where Nepal is and us Nepalis are.
