I need help from you guys in this issue. I heard that if any person who is already the U.S citizen and has multimillion businesses can sponsor any 2^nd person in obtaining a Green Card. Is this true? When I went through USCIS, I couldn’t find any way filing GC based on this category. So, if it is possible then how can someone do that? Your opinions in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
