This is the first time i came to know about RFE which was asking info of others. Usually RFE should be regarding you and because of privacy no employer will give others employee info. If my employer shares my info such as my degree, transcript, W2 etc with other...I will immediately leave the company. 

there should be some misunderstanding with RFE.
