SerBahadur: It is called exaggeration and misused of wording by the media. I think every body likes the media and way of making money.
First of all the the baby goat are called " पाठो / पाठी" which should not be used बच्चा.
We know it is deformation due various reasons, environmental , chemical or malnutrition may the the he goat has bad gene in his sperm. Or the she goat pregnant by unsuitable sperm droner.
