Just because a law says so doesn’t mean you cannot challenge it. That’s what we are doing here.

Arizona passed the law recently and federal govt is challenging it. If a law inherently contradicts the pre-existing fundamental laws of right then that law can be ammended.

A girl marries a guy because the guy said he is going to take care of her till death. But then somehow she slips and falls and he isn’t there to take care of her, now all the consensual sex they had is considered rape because clearly the guy lied and had he not said that she wouldn’t have slept with him??
