Form ma pani yesto cha
"haal bidesh ma raheko mero nimna natedar....." means to say that the relative in Nepal is the applicant. 

But later it reads like " mero sambandh mma jo jo bujhnu parne bujhi..."
This looks like copy pasted from the other document for people within Nepal. 

And also, at applicant's finger print,  whose finger print is needed? Guy abroad or guy applying for him in Nepal?
