It is an accident cause by DUI, and got killed 3 innocent people. If he was here and faced it may be ended less prison time. He thought it is his best shot to fled rather than staying in jail. I will not judge him he did wrong or right, if I were in that position what would I be doing may be the same. Reason why I am saying that is, we are not in his situation and we are free to think rationally and we are not facing any trouble. We all know the brain will work differently in normal time and abnormal situation.

I made  a comment that he did not commit this killing with a motive or planned to kill but his action caused three death. We rushed to the verdict a killer.

Some one commented about Ajay case, yes he did with plan and motive and he is guilty of something may not be behind the jail for that long but he did wrong intentionally.
Now many of us are rushing and ready to sentencing him as if we are the juror or the judge.


He should be responsible for his action.

I wish we can make you the supreme Judge of Nepal for couple years so all Maoist would be and could be abolished in your office period. As you know they killed over 17000 innocent Nepali and still in the doing so and now they have underground gang for criminal activities.
Wish I could make you the most powerful person of Nepal and we can see the eradication of Maoists.  Bravo what a great thought as if you are the one have power to sentence and Judge of Huston city.
