Sanjneel, quit giving me advises if you don't know shytt about asylum. Asylum is for people whose life is in danger back home not for people who like to work in the usa and can't get h1b. I get irretated by questions like this when the guy truely says he's filing so he can work.  i know lots of Nepali cases that didn't get approved becuase too many jerks already went to asylum officers or judges with fake news paper cutting, fake id cards fake cases just so they can work in the usa.
