What I learnt at that time, the rift was not between Jagat Gauchan and Mr.Thakurati. Rift was between Bharat Gurung plus Bhumigat giroha and Thakurati. Jagat Gauchan just followed gang's decision to finish him before leaking their secrets !!!  I think Marich Man Singh became the strongest PM in Panchayat system( I should say !!!) so he jailed most of them. Due to these scandals, Direndra got removed from Royal family !!!
