I use dot5hosting. They are cheap and allow unlimited bandwidth, databases and a free domain. If you have your .np domain (which you can register for free at mercantile), you can even transfer that to your account for free. I have been using them for three years and they have a fairly good up time. (In fact they allow 25 domains to be hosted in a single account)
