Self-sufficiency?? What about everything else that needs to be imported? Those papers were from other countries and not from India.

Also, Kantipur is very aggressive in it's reporting. Everything done by the Maoists is done by the people, and anything against Kantipur is against press freedom and democracy. Not really saying anything about this issue though...
