ya, someone need to setup a charity bank a/c in Nepal for the projected amount. Then the a/c needs to be linked to Paypal. When the donation reaches the estimated limit for the cost of treatment, the a/c should be frozen accepting no more donations. This way the right amount of money goes to the right purpose and nothing else. Hope somebody does this at the earliest. God Bless the poor guy!
