According to this source of wikipedia, TI publishes the annual GCR covering the time span from July to June. That simply infers that the recent GCR of Nepal as the most corrupt South Asian contry published by TI in June 11 2010 is for the year cycle of 2009 July to 2010 June- not for the year 2008 as you knowingly and corruptly claimed.
