I disagree with communists, but I still don't see the point in criticizing MKN for his property declaration. 
1. First, he is not so wealthy either. Most of the Kathmandu's Jyapu (originally considered to be poor) are probably richer than him rightnow, just to put things in perspective.
2. Even a rich man has the right to oppose pujibad (capitalism), and everyone must oppose samrajyabad (colonialism). Rich men such as Warren Buffet routinely decry the greed in capitalism. One must understand that the philosophical sphere comprises more than merely communists and capitalists. There are many others who disagree with the way capitalism works, but who are equally disdainful of communism. They are all right on their own.
3. This one I agree. But no idea where MKN comes in this.
