First of all there is no such thing as Nepal ama or Bharat mata. These are all propaganda initiated by state rulers, kings and the courts to pull the country together. The land you step in Kathmandu could care less whether Maoists rule us, UML lead us or India control us.

However, if you want to give her the due respect then call her dharati mata, mother earth.  Country’s governance will effect you but your action will effect mother earth. Recycle and be green.
