Hi All.



Am F1 non immigrant visa holder. am pursuing my master degree.completed

all of my course work expect project. I just took a break and came to

India for vacation, I found my visa is expiring and attend USA visa

interview for renewal of my F1 visa but unfortunately i got rejected and

canceled my previous visa also.... he said there are lot of best

university's in INDIA.you can do your master here itself.



Note:Actually i had a police case (municipal ordinance) on me in USA.even

i paid the penalty and cleared every thing in court but in interview he

asked about my police case and focus on it.



Please help me in this issue because am about to finish my maters in

3months but unfortunately i got rejected.





*will i able to finish my project from India?

*do i have to apply for visa again?

*what the chances of getting visa again?

*is there any legal adviser or consultant who can help me?

*will my university people can do any thing in this issue?

*how do i finish my masters?
