the truthhurts, i understand your sentiments but i doubt your arguments. CISCO don't take money to file for green card. The money has to be paid by the employer to process green card and i'm sure a reputed company like cisco don't care about extra 4-5 k to file for an employee's gc.  yes, you may have paid that to your indian consultancy. but my friend, lots of Nepali people are not educated like you and Indian consultancy path is not suitable for all of them. some of them might have come to this country in their late lives or simply didn't get lucky on faking their resume and finding a job.since you 've got your green card that way, you must know that you are an example of very few IT consultants who got their green cards. most are chewed and thrown by desis a long ago before they get their green cards.

           Again the most funny thing is one illegal path is not better than other one. they both are illegal. faking a resume , boasting the work experence, having someone else take interviews or video screening is illegal as well. And as you know lots and lots of people complain about these IT companies too and now a days it's almost impossible to go through these desi companies since they are getting their arse busted. Shanti and Co and other restaurant owners who  take advantage of the system should deserve similar treatment from authorities. Anyway, blaming victims for not taking advantage of IT consultancies instead don't give shanti and co justification to take advantage of immigration system and cheat other Nepalis.  

 As a Nepali i am sick and tired of people getting away with corruption, scam and all types of crimes even mass murders(prachanda). Nepali people never come up together and bust these sucm bags. lot of times they have supporters , what suprises me the most. write anything about moaists and you'll find 10 people writing against them but there will be around 4 who will supporting them. nothing will happen to our country, our identity unless we start unaccepting these people.
