Amazing America. I love this country. People must hear both sides of the story before reaching a conclusion.

However, you would be the first one, since I have been interested in this matter, since about 2008. I hope there are even more who can back them up so confidently. But, your arguments are still not convincing as you only rebut my statements that has nothing to do with the couple's actions. Remember, this is not about me or you, and my apologies if I have put forth words to reflect any such feelings. This is about the ill-deeds of Shyam and Shanti Shrestha that I am aware of, and I am not saying this out of personal vendetta, I am just trying to infrom the public so that there are no more victims. And in effort to enlight people why they should refrain from engaging in any business with them without the help of a capable counsel, I am just acting as a communicator to the victims. Please do not take this personally, and I really apologize if I offend you in any ways.

By the way, I googled Karan Johar. I am glad you compare me with an award winning Director of Indian cinema. If only I could understand the Indian Language, it would have been nice, eh! Thank you though.

And, I did not have to pay anyone anything. I was born and raised in the midwest. Just for your information, Estes Park Colorado is a pretty cool place to live and make friends. A great retreat for those who suffer. And I am glad to have spoken to someone, who knows some of those victims and is tired of the couple's wrong behavior. Small world this is, eh!

If anyone have more Green Card cases with them or perhaps more details please email me. Again, do not be afraid. Do not be fooled by the fear they might have shown to you. If you are still illegal, your case could be even stronger with an argument that you fell victim to the false promosises shown by this couple. And if you have fallen victim to this couple or any other greedy people, you should let public know, so that no one is hurt again. This must stop - NOW.

Within the next few days, I will have an incident report of one Jyoti Dhital, who sent me a long email and said that he doesn't care if his name is out in public. I am putting it in a more simpler form so that we can all understand how Shyam and Shanti Shrestha plays with people's lives. Unfortunatley Mr. Dhital is still awaiting his $28,000 after 4 years. Don't worry folks, this is nothing do with Green Card, it is something else, and you won't believe how innocent the couple act and take United States law as a defense to their case, when in fact, they themselves are violating it.
