Who the heck knew that Ravi Kunwal did not have the proper license in Colorado to practice law. If the freaking CO law offices and courts didn't know this, you expect me to believe that the two folks you mention would know. Plus if they were "running a scam" as you call it, don't you think now that Mr. Kunwal's license has been revoked, these folks would have been prosecuted by the law???

Geez, people are so fking gullible and believe everything through the grapevine. No wonder our country can never materialize from the slums of gossip.

Regarding applying for a GC....why don't we start going after all the so call IT consultancy firms as well that pad-up the resumes to get people into the jobs and apply for their cards. I got mine with Cisco, and guess what, they did take money from my paycheck to apply for the GC - you have processing fees, lawyer fees, etc etc....Not Free!!! Living in America you should know that nothing is free :)

Regarding taking money from folks...this is really funny...If people here own a business they will appreciate it....To apply for GC, the company must show a profit and a positive yearly run rate to accomodate the "New Employee".  You have to show that you have been paying taxes for the last 3 years and that you have been making money at your biz and how much you are paying the new employee you want to sponsor (paycheck trail). So yes, I don't blame these folks for taking the money for the fees, to pay the "extra' taxes and to show their biz was generating profit and to PAY these victims as paycheck.

Now, I bet all the so-called "Victims" would have been more that happy and singing praises had they received their GCs. It's not an automatic thing to apply for one and get one as some other poster noted in his post. Are we now going to sue all the American corporations because we didn't receive GC or work visa if we applied with them.

These "Victims" were looking to get a GC the easy way. They didn't get it, now they're mad. WTF!!! Get real folks.
