I was enjoying this thread reading immature comments but the last one by sabinepali... proves we do have some sanity left in our community. I personally know of a friend who went thru them thinking he would get a GC quickly but didn't. He didnt play holier-than-thou innocent victim since he knew he was trying to beat the system...but no doubts this couple are doing the wrong thing out of greed. I would say both parties are guilty.
