I received an email from someone saying that (s)he is the victim's close acquaintance and wanted to stay anonymous. I myself am staying anonymous, so that the identification trail can be more difficult for these couple to find him/her, because (s)he fears deportation. Some of the information are from source from a source from a source, but they are all verified to be true, from the original source. In this case, pretty much everyone knows this in Denver, only a few know this outside of Denver.

If you feel victimized by these couple or anyone else please email me sadman777@gmail.com with a subject "victim" and I shall post them here, as they come along. These information must be public, and people like these must be exposed to warn all possible victims.

These couple ran a scam with an illegal lawyer named Ravi Kanwal from Denver promising people green cards through their restaurant. They charged 15,000 - 25,000 just for the favor. The victims also had to pay for their minimum tax liabilities with the IRS matches every quarter plus all legal fees to the lawyer and the immigration. Some of them were employed by the couple at the restaurant, but most were not. These people are stupid already for paying for obtaining Green Card illegally, and even more so doing any business with these couple. But, being stupid doesn't mean that they have to be victimized.

I have confirmed the information that Ravi Kanwal, despite his license being suspended, is still practicing his profession in Denver, victimizing more people. I have called the Colorado Supreme Court with a complaint against him, but the DA's Office is already building a case against him anyways. If you want to report more complaint, here is how you can do it.

Contact the CO Supreme Court's Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel by calling (303) 866-6400, or toll free 1-877-888-1370, and tell them, Ravi Kanwal is still practicing Counselling despite his suspended Bar License at: 1565 Franklin Street, Denver, Colorado 80218. PH: (303) 698-0370 (last known address). He is assisted by one called Raju, who claims to know American Immigration Laws, but in fact, he is just a paralegal, good for nothing but to fill out forms. I wonder if this Raju (most likely an Indian or Nepalese guy) is legal to work in the US. I am going to call them on Monday with a prepaid cell phone and see if they have anything to say about this and confirm these information.

I guess Like-People team up together, and I hope these couple are not together with Kanwal anymore - scamming more people. We can only hope.

Anyways, the victims finally learned that there were too many applications in one year, and all of their apps were denied. The victims are in contact with each other (need further confirmation). One of them who has two adult daughters, for the sake of the daughters, divorced her husband in Nepal and married an American for the Green Card. It was a mutual divorce. Yes, that really sucks. Another one is still underground in Washington DC, everyday fearing what could happen. Because they (family of 4) can't really apply for Green Card via anything. Another one happens to be their own relative with a sick daughter. Again, same thing, cannot apply for Immigrant status properly. Another one (highly educated individual) has vowed never to return to the USA, perhaps can't anyways. This one even attempted to expose the couple in Nepal but were highly requested (pleaded) not to during their first daughter's marriage.

Anyone with more details, please post them. I am working to find more details. I need personal emails of all the victims, to ask them of the details. If not, that's their life. But if you are a victim, do not be afraid. This is USA. The US Constitution protects everyone on this planet who are victims of other's atrocities. We even dug out Saddam from his own ground, and punished him for his deeds.
