that is a good advice drpepper. this does not apply to this thread but i have a question for you. do you know anything about Nepali asylum cases for i730 and i485 being held for reasons such as "material support". i know two people both Nepali congress members and never provided material support but their cases are on hold indefinitely. their lawyer says most Nepali congress affiliated cases are on hold right now. while researching for them i found several other Nepalis in california ,texas etc who are on the hold.  while they can remain here with work permit their family can not join them and no one knows for how long. any idea about this matter?
