| Tuesday, 01 June 2010 17:23 Constituent Assembly (CA) member Bishendra Paswan has returned the allowances he received for two years, as he had announced earlier, citing the failure of the CA to issue the new constitution by May 28. Paswan, who heads the Dalit Janajati Party, returned a purse of 120,700 rupees to the parliament secretariat today through bank draft.
