Insomnia.

Avoid Caffeine and/or Nicotine at least 5 hrs before sleep.
Avoid Stress/Anxiety of any sorts while you lay on your bed.
Dont work out in the evenings, if you do.
I cant recommend any medical cure to Insomnia for you (may be prescription sleeping aids), but
do your best to avoid any psychological causes that might have affected you.
