Hey folks,
I will be in OPT from August, 2010 after my MS degree. As I don't have job right now, I am planning to join a recruiter agency. I am in contact with a desi consultancy that has following offer. If you have been through this stage in you career, please share some pros & cons of it. I have seen so many hateful comments about desi consultancies in sajha, which makes me little scared to accept this offer. Here is the offer................
Eligibility:
Must have completed the graduation or going to complete for the current course.
Candidates must also have valid work authorization or must have applied for it.
Benefits:
"There are some Job benefits like H1b sponsorship, 22 days paid vacation, health insurance and medical facility, after completion of training we will provide you job and the salary package will be around $55-60k p.a and you will be on direct pay roll of "our company". There is a training session for fresh and only for selected candidates. The duration of this training is about 3 weeks and it is an online training course. We are charging a security deposit of $600 for this training which is fully refundable.After the completion of your training you will be absorbed by our company and you will be getting your salary from "our company"
should I join this?????????? Suggest me guys.
