Oh my gosh.. This is f**ing insane..How on earth a Nepali guy can do whole lots of shits in America and that also staying in a city like CA.. Hats off to the guts of the guy but he is such an a**hole.. He didn't think about the consequences about the things that he is going to do.. I bet you that this definitely will affect the other Nepalese Community that is in CA... He should be hanged till death... Don't have any sympathy for a criminal like him..
