No need to trip on anything to understand that the Egyptians did not have the technology back in 3000BC.
Since noone knows how it was made, National Geographic suggests that "An estimated 20,000 to 30,000 workers built the Pyramids at Giza over 80
years. Much of the
work probably happened while the River Nile was flooded."
I don't know what you have to smoke to actually believe that 30,000 people worked for over 80 years to build the pyramid. Even if this was correct, it is still not explained how the stones were transported.
