I had no doubt from the very begining that this CA would not come up with Constitution by the set date. Anyone had any hope ?   Most the CA member knew it too.  2 years all they did was quarrel and fight, bandha.  Nepali went thru a lot of crap during this time.

What next ?  Nothing in time in nepal, neither passport nor constitution..:-(
