@Kailo bro.I did try multiple DMVs. I almost had luck with the later one but the lady was confused and she called her sup. and had to explain again and again. I also showed them the receipt but they said there is nothing they can do about it. Wont the authorization to work means you are legally here?? They had no answer. I had a brief argument. I did not know about the second option you had mentioned. Sounds appealing. I will try and call them tomorrow. I will keep this thread updated man. Thanks
F-1s are nothing more than just refugees, aliens. This is ridiculous. How can they expect us to work without driving, in a country like US which has one of the world's worst public transportation?
